So if anyone has the inside scoop of the Ngungutau Twins from Euless I would like to know what their scholarship situation is like. I'm assuming they do not count towards scholarship for the next two years, which would mean they will really be apart of the 2016 class. I wonder if that leaves more room for possible transfers? I imagine we are holding a scholarship for Josh Finley, the DT from Butler who signed with us back in December. He is still working on getting his academics in order so he qualifies to transfer. Hope is is successful. www.butlergrizzlies.com/sports/fball/2013-14/releases/20131218f5y31h

Larry Rose III who we recruited hard is having quite a night for New Mexico State. 110 yards and a td as NMSU leads Cal Poly 28-10.

Looking at this great recruiting class and comparing what has happened to the 30 (29 plus Jon Epps, late) in the past 2 years. Of course Parker Whitney and Larry McDuffie (JC recruits) never played. William Moore and Jonathan Epps have been big time contributors. Marcus Ellis never played. Terry Ausborne played one year but flunked out. Cole Baughman has been forced to drop football because of concussions. Trent Andrews has transferred. Rashaad Burton went to Tyler JC. Don't know what happened to Anthony Davis. And Eddie and Moe Ngungutao have yet to get on the roster. That's 10 of the 30 recruits that will not be on the roster in 2016. The other 20 have played and most are consistent starters or at least on the depth chart. 20 out of 30 seems to be a good percentage to me. 2014 may have been the year that we really changed the type of athletes on our football team. I hope to see another great stride forward with the crew in 2016.

Bogey, Anthony Davis didn't make it academically. Flunked after red shirting his first year. We could use him now.
