Premier Basketball just named it’s top women’s BB recruits for 2021, 2022, and 2023. For 2021, Bella Earle is #20, Alexis Babineaux is #48, and Niyah Johnson is #54. Plus, Addison Martin is in the top 5 of Louisiana recruits. Nikki Cramer wasn’t mentioned in the top 100.

Picked up an interesting piece of info on 2023 prospect Meredith Mayes, the 6-2 HS soph post from Bixby, OK. Meredith has a legacy at ACU. Her Grandfather is Richard Gibson -- yep, one of the Gibsons from the "Gibson PE, Health and Rec" Gibsons. For you youngsters, the Gibson Center was the forerunner to the Money Student Rec and Wellness Center. Meredith's Mother actually went to Harding -- Richard is an ACC grad, but has been on the Harding board for years. Meredith's Dad is an Elder at The Park Church of Christ, where ACU grad Mitch Wilburn in the pulpit minister. Apparently the Mayes love what they see in the ACU program and ACU has a legit shot at getting her. She is getting interest from several D-1 schools. If she is 6-2 as a HS soph, maybe ACU will be able to get a post in the 6-3, 6-4 range by the time she is a college freshman.

Another update on Tristin Keller. She intercepted a pass and ran it back about 20 yards in Friday night’s game. Got called back on a penalty but still....

I went back and checked the tweets of all the offers that I know about and found nothing. I have a guess or two but I’ve been wrong more than I’ve been right.

No. But she’s a nice player. 6’0” 3-guard. That might be okay.

I have no inside info but here’s a couple “surprise” names.
Cayanna Stanley. PG. 5’4 or 5’6 depending on what article you read. Wichita Heights, Kansas. Cammie McKinney PG Frisco 5’7 Wish list. Jazzy Owens Barnett.
PG should be a priority considering the makeup of the 2021 class. Both of the surprises are sensational. Jazzy still keeps in touch with our coaches.
or perhaps not so surprising... Alyssa Tarpley. 5’10 SG Allen.

Women's schedule is out. Games with A&M, UAB, Stetson and Northern Colorado. Should be fun before conference. 3 games vs lesson division foes to start season.
