Of course. Baylor also has buckets of TV money and a $100mm+ athletic budget. I stand by my previous statement. There is zero chance that ACU will sell tickets to students. The rest of us .... all of this season ticket stuff is long overdue. Still what is interesting is that season ticket info on the web has been taken away so season ticket holders have no clue what to expect. Other than keeping up with your personal account or purchasing new tickets, the WCC website is usless. Like other communication issues this has fell into a hole; on purpose? Though you do have to get beyond the few big pocket donors, you don't want to kill off the others. Balancing game? Yep....

As a "small (even microscopic) donor, I am excited about season tickets. We attend games anyway. Now, knowing that our seats are waiting for us, even if we're running a bit late - FANtastic! If it's crazy hot - we will not be sitting in the sun - our seats may be empty. As for information not being on ACU sports site, well, that's mostly I think because particulars are being worked out. Early to Mid Winter friends.
Btw, I find Mr. Ward to be an excellent listener. I have talked with him about my ideas re: seating at sports venues. He listens and engages in a casual conversation, informative with his own questions - I was impressed. Positive changes will continue to happen - he's good.

It is a fact that the WCC website is being overhauled. So is a lot of other online stuff so it may take a while

I've seen quite a few baseball signees announced on twitter for next year. Does someone know the quality of these players. One from Abilene Wylie announced yesterday.

Some baseball signees are announcing today. Not too much noise about the fall series. Schedule is slowly being announced. Some big names on the schedule again. Wishing the best for this program.

The 2020 roster only lists 3 holdovers from last year, Zach Smith, Seth Watts and Colton Eager. That's a lot of turnover---again. Great group of HS players coming in--pitching strong. Hope they stick around and are the backbone of this building process.

Not hearing much from baseball and opening day is only 2 weeks away. Anyone have any insights? I'm particularly interested in our new pitching staff. Glaze, Johnson and Krawietz should improve our depth but don't know if one or more can be dominant. Any feel for this team?

1st game is Friday. Still no news. Maybe it's going to be a "silent" opening. No baseball fans on the forum to help us out here?

Win #1, 3-2 in bottom of 9th. Good starting pitching. Hitting a little light. Good to start with a win.
