I think some of their next actions will help answer those questions. If the P5 programs don't "break away", but become autonomous due to increased voting power and ability to make their own requirements, then that will naturally leave a lot of lower level FBS programs out. The question is still what that means for the rest of Division I NCAA football, and a school's other sports. At the very least, I see athlete sponsorship creeping in more and more regardless. I think it will be interesting to watch our new VP of Athletics over the next year or so.
