Wayland Baptist DB Elijah Cobb will continue his career at ACU. He's listed at 5'11 155 on Hudl but he's not anywhere on the Wayland roster.

Here is what I was able to find- Chris Favoroso is the latest Griz who is moving on from the Montana football program.
The junior defensive end confirmed to Skyline Sports on Friday afternoon that he has asked for and been granted his release from UM.
In his lone year with the Grizzlies, the 6-foot-3, 245-pound Port St. Lucie, Florida product started nine games and played in all 11. The former Arizona Western transfer who started his college career at Appalachian State finished his sophomore season with 44 tackles, 13 tackles for loss and six sacks. His sack total was second on the Griz and ranked seventh in the Big Sky Conference. His tackles for loss total ranked fourth on the UM defense and eighth in the conference.
The Montana HC was let go, so not sure if that will allow him to play at an FCS school this year or not

Good enough that a 7 win season got their coach fired.

On his twitter page, it says he is a grad transfer with 2 years of eligibility left. So, it would seem he is eligible to play this year. Tulane has also offered him

Remind me about Logan again. He was the Iowa State transfer we offered a while back. Thanks, I was thinking he was going to be a possible transfer in, but wasn't here yet. I couldn't really remember.

Incidentally, I see on Twitter that Gavin Burford is going to West Florida (D-II school) as a graduate transfer. Former ACU coach Darian Dulin is the defensive coordinator at UWF.

Finished second in D2 last year. Defense was the team strength. I always liked Darian and was glad to see him have such a good year. I hope Gavin can come in and help them out this year.m

If we don’t get some football news around here soon I might be reduced to watching World Cup soccer.

Pflugerville QB Damon Tamez will continue his career at ACU. He's listed at 6'4 170. His highlights show a little more promise than his stats, which tells me the little bit of stats that I see aren't too accurate. He has capability. If he wants to come here and prove himself, I'm very happy for it. Wish I could find some more info on him. Big Body and frame....Gotten Taller....Now more of 6'5" to 6'6" Great arm...Pro-style QB....Finesse and touch!!!!
