I certainly wonder the same thing about the early signing period for football. I do think we will get some players signed early, but don't expect the whole class to be filled here at ACU. I expect some FBS programs to fill up in that tiny 3 day singing window.

FYI Madi is from Dallas Wylie not Abilene Wylie.
Dang, 4 girls in the class of 2018. All 3*. Cooper, Mraz, Willcot and Miller. That’s a full 15 for next year.

By the way, I watched Galindo practice her shot last week. She's got sick 3-point range. And Mabrey will start as a freshman. Mark my words. These last three recruiting classes are big time.

Twitter (ACUAthleticsFans) tells me women's tennis picks up a verbal commitment from Allison Stewart of Midland High. Her UTRs of 9.06 (singles) and 8.71 (doubles) put her right around #5 or #6 on the ladder. Good pickup.

I did some math for the 2018 women’s b-ball class. Our commits have an average ranking of 56th best at their position in the nation! This class is insane.
