We must be playing in the wrong conference. I notice where U. of Houston is in the New Mexico Bowl and their w-l record is 3 and 4. Three wins, a losing season, and a bowl game??? Unique year for sure. Oh, their opponent is Hawaii at 4-4. The sum of the whole bowl teams' record is 7 wins and 8 losses.

I believe that all of the FBS schools were eligible for bowl games, unless they had been penalized.

Never thought I would see a season like this one. I looked it up and teams with losing records were allowed to be in bowl games starting in 2012. Maybe we should have the Catclaw Bowl.

Catclaw Bowl - ACU against whatever FBS team has the worst record in the nation played at Wildcat Stadium. I like it, at least temporarily. I have hopes the incoming players combined with another season of experience for our current players can show up next season for an enjoyable year. This past year watching us against Angelo State was painful. Doubt that will happen again.
