Defensive struggle in Dallas. 38-20 Texas at the half.

OU is firing its turbo engines. Big MO has switched sides.

The Texas defensive backs are as bad as I've seen. They have absolutely no sense of game situations, continually letting receivers get position on wild, desperation throws.

Texas OU always has a show. This is Def one of the good ones. Texas is rattled. OUs game now.

OU recovers kickoff... reminds me of the second half of ACU vs Central Arkansas... now OU 48-41. Looks like Mo won this one for OU. Oops... Its tied.

Big lesson in this game. OU did not fold when they were deep in the hole. They earned it with grit and determination. Texas? Well, defensive backs? They are hard to come by. But OU's OL blocked really well. Not much pressure by the 'Horns. OU used a lot of quarterback mobility which reminded me of Stone Earle's ability to handle the rush. Now I can only hope ACU does the same at EKU. Finally, OU's receivers were making NFL level catches, very skilled.

Wanted to be, and Sark called a heck of a game. However, as always, “close!” ONLY counts in horseshoes, hand grenades and atom bombs. Hook ‘em!
