Wow, next season's tennis team looks really strong. Three new highly rated players from Hungary, Germany, and Argentina join an already strong nucleus. This team looks awesome. Juan Nunez is doing a fine job.

Noticed from acusports that we are playing at Lamar with a player who doesn't appear on our men's tennis roster. Dennis Dutine, I suspect is a fr. from Germany.

Tennis looks to be in great shape with great early season play. The coach is great and the players are as talented as any I can remember.

What an exciting time for this year's men's tennis. They appear to be loaded and stronger than ever. This weekend is Baylor and Texas and I think we will be very competitive. Come WAC time, these guys could win conference again.

Men's tennis is making a run at Texas Tech. We won the doubles point and are playing singles tough. We've won one match and are close in two more. #'s 5 & 6 are not posted.

Great day for Men's Tennis, beating UTPB 6-1 and HSU 7-0. The new guys look quite strong and our vets were dominant. The lineup looks like the United Nations and the ones I talked to like being at ACU.

Great weekend for tennis as the men win three and the women two. Today the Men took down a nemesis, Lamar, 4-0. I think the men lost one game while winning three matches: UTPB, HSU, and Lamar -- amazing. Not to be out done, the women also only lost one game in their two wins against Dallas Baptist and UTPB.

Imagine dreams coming true. Think back years and years ago and Trinity was the dominant tennis power in the country. The Wildcat men just beat Trinity 7-0. What a thrill plus we did it last time as well.

At the Tennis Program dinner Friday evening I was struck by the accomplishments of the team and Coach Juan Nunez. The men's tennis team is likely our most successful team. Their last four years was remarkable and the plan for the next four is for even more accomplishment. The Players were extraordinary representatives of ACU, just exceptional. They intend to win the conference title again. They set a standard I wish all our athletic teams aspire to accomplish. Power 5 teams do not intimidate them, they want to beat them the way they already have beaten Texas Tech this season.

Anyone know what has happened to Dario Kmet? Or will Mihaly Deli be back for the WAC tourney?
