What do you believe are the biggest needs for the 2024 season. You can choose 2 positions.

I chose QB and wide receivers. Hawkins came in raw and saw almost no playing time but failed to impress while in. Maybe another year in the system and a spring will do wonders for him. There just seems to be something missing with Maverick. He continues to miss wide open receivers, tends to stare down a receiver and almost never goes to a check down back out of the backfield (and Vaughan was a great target). We have to upgrade this position to be competitive in the UAC.
Wide receiver is a mixed bag. We may have 2 quality receivers who never saw the field this year in Boykins and Williams. Hut Graham played more and was targeted more near the end of the season and showed promise. Returners Taylor (our go to guy), Golightly (drops too many catchable balls and doesn't fight for receptions), and M. Jones (drops too many catchable balls) must all up their game in 2024. A speedy WR who can stretch the field and is a consistent threat to score would be a great help--of course we have to have a QB who can hit a speedy receiver. I just feel we need upgraded play from these two positions.

Possession receiver(s) would make a tremendous difference in our ability to sustain drives. Addition of several more defensive lineman would help with rotation and keeping our guys fresh. At least one of the DL needs to be a high end edge rusher.

I think we need two Micah Parsons twins and just turn them loose. I call it the 2-2-4-3 defense.

I’m concerned about QB but think the DL might be a bigger need if we are going to run the 3-3-5.
