TAMU sure has a lot in the transfer portal. Are these just players who would not get much playing time?

My best guess would be that these players were recruited by the former staff and wanted to play for them. Now a new staff comes in who the players don't know, so rather than fight for a spot they choose to go elswhere. They then get rerecruited and have a feeling that they have a staff who wants them.
