Bogey, I agree! I think he can add a little bit of weight, but we need a ballhawk at safety, and Dillingham appears to be that guy. We have had 3 commitments since Friday morning. Here is where things stand, and how many more at each position I think we will add- QB- 1, Hayden Anderson. Don't be surprised if we add 1 more QB to the roster RB- 1, Jar'Quae Walton. I expect 1 transfer to commit and 1 more high school playerWR- None. I anticipate the staff adding at least 3 WRs to the team. Probably a transfer or 2 and a high school player TE- 1 Colt Cooper. I expect the staff to add a transfer to the mix OL- None. Coach Mario is searching high and low for help here. I honestly expect 4 new players. 2 transfers and 2 high school players DE- 1, Tyrin Bradley. I expect 2 more players to be added. An impact transfer and another high school player DT- None. Another position they are looking high and low for players. Expect 1 transfer and 1 high school player LB- 3, Cirby Coheley, Kyle Pointer and John Brannon. Props to the staff for seeing a huge need here. I still expect 1 more transfer and 1 more high school player added CB- None. With Stapp, Satterfield and Triston Anderson, we are in pretty good shape. Expect the staff to add 1 transfer to the mix here. S- 1, Luke Dillingham. The addition of Dillingham really helps. Like cornerback, I would anticipate another transfer into the program here. Thanks for that synopsis, MavsMan. I was envious of Angelo St being able to trot out two or three very good RBs. Would love to see us have a full stable of them. I'm aware of one OL he's currently vetting. Probably a project but shows potential at C/G. I like Dillingham's HUDL videos. And, I agree we need a beast safety (hits like Bolu but covers/reads like Huhn) so it will be interesting to see if that's what coaches have planned for him. |

I like that we are recruiting from some of the small Texas schools. We have a better chance of finding some real gems that other schools may overlook. Also hoping that hosting high school playoff games helps get our presence out to winning football programs. I agree, Bucfan. (My spell check just changed Bucfan to Buffoon.  ) Small school guys are rarely ready but they also are guys who can mature and improve and be big time in their 3-4-5 years. |

Miles has offers from Clarion, Edinboro, Slippery Rock, Robert Morris and Duquense

Offer out tonight to OL Aidan Logan from Carthage, Missouri. Aidan is listed at 6'6 290. He is a 3-star prospect, that had been committed to Arkansas St, but with HC Blake Anderson leaving, he decommitted earlier tonight.

Logan is one of several linemen who decommitted from Arkansas State. Another is from San Antonio io who Coach curler is following. I wonder if we will offer him as well? He doesn’t show as many offers but is still three star rated.

Another outstanding offer went out today. 3-star CB Brian Mayes from Houston Heights received an offer. Mayes recently de-committed from UTSA. Mayes is listed at 6'0, 170 and is the #277 player in the state of Texas

Thought this was the case- we have had a silent commit for a week or so
Smith started his career at Texas St as a RB, rushing for 352 yards on 74 carries as a Freshman. Then, for some reason, after sitting out in 2018, they moved him to LB in 2019. He will be returning to the RB spot. Smith is listed at 5'10, 200
