Hugh Sandifer (H) is one of the most successful HS coaches among a long line of successful ACC/ACU grads in coaching -- Allen Wilson, Toby York, Kenny Davidson, Hal Wasson, Bob Shipley, to name just a few off the top of my head. Remember that both Wally Bullington (Abilene HS) and Dewitt Jones (Troup) had won HS state championships back before come to ACC/ACU.
