So, looks like ACU will need to find 4 more games in 2021 and 1-2 of those may be D-2/NAIA home games, UNLESS we pull up some additional home and away games with FCS schools.
Looking at the link you provided, Oscar, there are some interesting info to glean:
2022:
-ACU will start a three year series with UIW -- 2022, 2023, and 2024, with the 2023 game being in SA (good game for alums)
-ACU will start a 2-game home and away with Prairie View - 2022 in Abilene and 2023 at Prairie View
-ACU has picked up a single game with HBU in Houston (good game for alumni)
-ACU has a money game at Mizzou, which had already been mentioned on this board
2023:
-ACU starts a 2 game home and away with Northern Colorado -- 2023 in Abilene and 2024 in Greeley
-Money game at TAMU at the end of the season
2024:
-Money game at Tech -- again already mentioned on the board in the past
-"Quasi" money game against WAC member NMSU at the end of that season
2026 -- the money game against Tech was already on the schedule
2028 -- money game against TAMU, no doubt added to replace this past fall's game that was cancelled
I also wonder if ACU will try to get another money game or TWO against FBS schools in 2021, if they can be lined up. SMU will not be paying us top dollar (although that will be a huge game for ACU alumni to attend). May need more money games for FB to help cover the cost of moving to the WAC, including our exit fee to the SLC.

Trackfan, are these official? Don't see any new additions to the website and it still has that we play Kansas St. in 2022 instead of Missouri.

Also wondering--If a 2021 spring roster comes out, wondering if it will list current year of eligibility (since all got a free year in 2020) or will it list their class as they stand in school? In other words might the class list be the same as last year's roster? Does anyone know what Billy McCrary and Qua Washington are up to now and what they are planning with their future. Loved both those guys and so sorry they have fallen off the ACU football radar.

It looks like our 2021 schedule is beginning to come into focus—
@smu @southern Utah
Sam Houston SF Austin Lamar Tarleton
Central Arkansas Jacksonville State Eastern Kentucky
Maybe Dixie State TBA TBA
From Twitter..... Sources: The WAC is close to finalizing a plan to add 3 schools as associate members for football only in 2021 – Eastern Kentucky, Central Arkansas and Jacksonville. (They are headed to Atlantic Sun for 2022 and beyond, as that league is slated to begin football.)

That is a very tough schedule. I hope we win a couple.

Winning it will be no easy task. Jacksonville State is a playoff fixture. UCA and Sam are always in the playoff hunt. SFA had a young team last year.

Some of us have said for a couple of years now that we needed more OOC FCS games. This is a different way of accomplishing that, but I think it would be good. If anything like the above were to come about, it would be tough. Still, we need more games that tell us where we stand and help push us. Kind of like this year's strange COVID season, it's a good way to put us out there.

I guess that in essence we will have 8 "conference" games -- the 4 WAC schools in Texas, possibly WAC member Dixie State, and the 3 temporary conference members who are transitioning to the Big South. Southern Utah will not be a conference game since they will still be a member of the Big Sky next year. That game will not be a "money" game either -- that is technically the 2nd game of the home and home set of games with them -- their visit to Abilene was knocked out this past fall. So, the only money game may end up being SMU and that will not be nearly the payday at the level as the TAMU game or the Mississippi State game. If ACU ends up with 4 "conference" games, then you may only see one other home game where we have to pay someone, unless we can get a home and home set with another FCS school.
