I think they go with Doc Sadler One of the posters on their board is saying two of UTEpP’s biggest donors want Sadler and are willing to cough up big bucks for facility development if they hire him. Mark me down for $20 too |

There have also been denials of the desire for Sadler and others are saying that an announcement for Joe Golding could be coming up tomorrow. We shall see.

This account has been pretty accurate in previous reports for other coaching positions, so it looks like it’s time to see if ACU can/will step up to the plate to try and retain coach Golding.

I support Tanner being offered the head job but have mixed feelings about players saying they will not practice unless the job is offered to him. Appreciate the support for him but at most jobs the current employees don't have final say on who the new boss will be.

Just as this hot job market gives employees the choice of a boss either at their current employer or the chance to choose a new boss by going to another company. The transport portal gives players the option to have a say in who they play for - either at ACU or for a coach somewhere else. |

Unexpected development but I guess Joe is leaving -- I did not expect UTEP to be his choice but I don't know the details. ACU was apparently given the chance to counter offer. I guess we will know Joe's market value when UTEP has to post his compensation.
