Big kid on film. 6'1" 212 lbs. Adequate foot speed but made himself a big target. I like what I see.

One of the other WR/TE that I really like is Jordan Whaley 6'4" 225 lbs. from Wylie HS close to Plano. I'd be really surprised if several big time schools aren't after him. Glad he's on our list of possibles.

Anthony Pegues, very impressive. Good burst, good leg drive, uses blockers well, good hands, and above average speed.

Coach Collums is now following Forney QB, Luke Skipper, on twitter. Usually when Coach Collums follows a player on twitter, there seems to be a great deal of interest. He looks like a tall kid with great field awareness and ability to make things happen with his feet. On his film it looks like his OL didn't give him much time, so he had to improvise alot. When given time, he made some nice throwns and even made some nice throws on the run. His twitter indicates that he was in Abilene for the camp at ACU on Friday, so he must have been pretty impressive at the camp. www.hudl.com/athlete/1934148/highlights/204070398/v2

I get the sense it is DeShun Qualls. Qualls is a 5'11 160 QB from Jersey Village in Houston. He will most likely move to WR or DB in college. His mom and dad are both following several of the coaches. If this is the case, this is a visit only, but I would not be surprised if he commits to the Cats at some point.
